Terms of Service
Last updated 28 Oct 2026
These terms cover your use of Tunsource, an AI marketing service (website audits, competitor research, ads and social planners, an AI ad studio, scheduled posting and campaigns in the accounts you connect, and managed advertising on Meta and Google), on the web and in our apps. By creating an account, buying a plan, connecting an account or ordering a campaign you agree to them, to our Privacy Policy and to our AI content policy.
Who you are dealing with
Tunsource is a brand of Rundzee, LLC, 14900 Interurban Ave S Ste 271, Tukwila, WA 98168-4654, USA. Rundzee, LLC runs the service and sells plans and campaigns paid by card through Stripe, for customers in the United States, Canada and every country not listed below.
In the Philippines, plans and campaigns are sold by Poseidon Distribution OPC, 3rd Floor, Perfectus Building, 93 E. Jacinto St., Davao City 8000, Philippines (non-VAT registered), with payments processed by PayMongo (membership passes may also be paid through Xendit when it is switched on). The company named at checkout and on your receipt is the seller of that purchase.
Plans bought inside our iPhone or Android apps are sold through Apple's App Store or Google Play and are also subject to their terms.
Your account
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract for your business. Keep your sign-in details safe; you are responsible for what happens in your account. One person per account.
Using Tunsource
Only submit links, photos and text you have the right to use. Don't use Tunsource for anything illegal, deceptive or harmful, or for anything our AI content policy forbids. Don't try to break, overload or get around the limits of the service, and don't use it to give other businesses programmatic access to Google Ads or any other platform. We may limit, suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
Your content and your ads
You keep ownership of what you upload. We give you whatever rights we have in the ads, images, logos and texts you make with Tunsource, and you can use them anywhere. In some countries, content made purely by AI may not be protected by copyright, so others may be free to reuse similar output. You give us permission to store and process your content only to run the service for you (for example, to send your text and photos to our AI providers, or to publish a post you scheduled).
AI output
Ad copy, scripts, SEO articles, images and logos are made by AI and can contain mistakes, claims that aren't true for your product, misspelled words, or changes to your product's details. AI images and logos can also resemble existing work or trademarks by chance: check a logo for trademark conflicts before you register or rely on it. Check everything before you publish or schedule it. You are responsible for what you publish and for following the rules of each platform and the law where you advertise.
Plans and limits
Each plan's current price and allowances are shown on the pricing page. The allowances are:
- Launch: 1 brand; each month 30 campaigns, 100 AI images, 10 website audits and 30 scheduled posts.
- Pro: 1 brand; each month 60 campaigns, 250 AI images, 30 website audits and 120 scheduled posts.
- Scale: 3 brands; each month 100 campaigns, 500 AI images, 100 website audits and 400 scheduled posts.
There is no free plan. An account without a plan (or without an active AppSumo lifetime code) can run one free website audit a month, but can't create campaigns, AI images, plans or competitor searches until it picks a plan.
An SEO pack uses one campaign and a competitor search uses one audit. Monthly allowances are counted per calendar month and unused allowances don't carry over. When you upgrade, this month's balances are topped up to the new allowance.
Billing, renewal and cancellation
Card subscriptions (Rundzee, LLC, via Stripe) renew automatically at the end of each month or year, at the price shown at checkout, until you cancel. Cancel anytime from your account page (Manage subscription). Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep the plan until the end of the period you have paid for. If a renewal payment fails, we keep your plan for a short grace period while the payment is retried, then your account has no active plan until you pay or pick a plan again.
Philippine passes (Poseidon Distribution OPC, via PayMongo or, when enabled, Xendit) are prepaid for 1 month or 12 months and are never charged automatically, so there is nothing to cancel. Before the pass ends we send you a reminder with a one-click renewal link (you can turn these reminders off on your account page); nothing is charged unless you pay it. If you don't renew, your account has no active plan after a short grace period.
App Store and Google Play subscriptions renew automatically under the store's rules. Cancel them in your device's subscription settings; deleting the app or your Tunsource account does not cancel them.
If we change a price, the new price applies from your next renewal, and we will tell you by email before it does. Prices don't include taxes unless shown.
Managed advertising (we run the ads for you)
On a paid plan you can order a managed campaign on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and/or Google from the website. These rules apply to every managed campaign:
- Our role. The seller named at checkout (Rundzee, LLC, or Poseidon Distribution OPC in the Philippines) acts as your advertising agency: we plan, set up, launch, monitor and report the campaign, and buy the ads on your behalf with the budget you prepaid.
- Your own ad account. Each campaign runs in its own ad account opened for you alone, under Tunsource's Google Ads manager account or Meta business. We never run two customers' ads in the same account and never fund ads with our own money. You don't get admin access to these accounts; on request we give you your Google Ads customer ID and the campaign data we hold for you. Google may ask for your legal or trade name to verify the advertiser.
- Price, paid before launch. You pay upfront, per campaign: the ad budget you choose (at least $100 or ₱5,000), which is passed to Meta and/or Google at cost with no markup ("at cost" means the amount the platforms bill, including any taxes they charge, converted at the exchange rate on the platform invoice), plus a Tunsource management fee of 20% on Launch, 15% on Pro or 12% on Scale of the budget, with a minimum fee of $15 or ₱750, plus the payment processing cost. The payment processing cost is what the payment provider charges to take your payment (Stripe: 2.9% + $0.30, plus 1.5% for a card issued outside the US and 1% if a currency conversion is needed; PayMongo: card 3.5% + ₱15, GCash 2.5%, Maya 2.0%, GrabPay 2.2%), passed through at cost and worked out so that, after the provider's fee, the full ad budget and management fee are received. When the payment method or card country isn't known before checkout, the highest of these rates is used. Payment processing is non-refundable. The management fee is disclosed in writing before you pay, and every receipt and statement shows separate lines: "Ad budget (paid to Meta/Google at cost)", "Tunsource management fee (X%)" with your plan's rate, "Payment processing (pass-through, non-refundable)", and the total. There is no stored balance, retainer or subscription for managed ads.
- Launch and spend cap. Campaigns launch automatically once your payment is confirmed, with a budget equal to the ad budget you paid and never more. A campaign is paused automatically just before its budget is reached (a 5% margin covers spend the platforms report late, and the budget is also set as a hard cap on the platform) and ended at the end of the duration you chose.
- Platform review and rejections. Meta and Google review ads before and while they run. Housing, employment and credit or financial-services ads are special ad categories with limited targeting and can take longer. We don't accept political, election or social-issue ads. If a platform rejects your ads, the rejected ads don't run; if the campaign can't run, we end it and refund under the rules below. We may also refuse or stop a campaign that breaks the law, these terms, our AI content policy or the platforms' ad policies.
- Your content. You confirm that you have the rights to the creatives, product claims and landing page, and that they are accurate. You are responsible for your business, offer and landing page.
- No guaranteed results. We don't promise any number of clicks, sales, leads, ad positions or approvals. Estimates and typical ranges we show are not guarantees.
- Reports. Your order page shows spend at actual cost. For each month a campaign runs you get a statement in which the Google Ads cost (the exact amount Google charged, without any of our fees), clicks and impressions are reported for your Google Ads account separately from Meta figures, from our management fee and from payment processing. Platform figures can arrive late, sometimes more than 24 hours after the ads ran.
- Refunds. If you cancel, or we refuse or can't launch, before the campaign goes live, we refund everything except the payment processing cost. After launch, only the ad budget that wasn't spent is refunded (with any VAT charged on that budget), automatically when the campaign ends, to your original payment method; the management fee and the payment processing cost are not refunded. Spend the platforms bill, including spend in the last 24 hours after a campaign is stopped, is not refundable. See the refund policy.
- Stopping our management. Email support@tunsource.com to stop a campaign early. Within 3 business days of your request we stop managing your campaigns and refund the unspent budget as above.
- Google Ads. Google asks agencies to be transparent with the advertisers they manage. Read Google's advertiser guide to working with third parties.
- Taxes. Poseidon Distribution OPC is not VAT-registered today; if that changes, VAT is shown as its own line before you pay.
Connected accounts (campaigns and posts in your own accounts)
Connected accounts are a separate service from managed advertising above. Where a platform is available on the Connect page (platforms marked "Coming soon" can't be connected yet), you can connect your own Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and Pinterest accounts, and the rules below apply. Connecting is optional and you can disconnect at any time on the Connect page. You confirm that you are allowed to connect each account and to let Tunsource act on it. How we handle the data is explained in the Privacy Policy.
- Setup checks and fixes. We check your account setup and list problems. We change a setting only when you click its fix.
- Scheduled posts. You choose the text, media, link, account and time of each post (and, on TikTok, its privacy setting). We publish it at or after the time you set, up to your plan's monthly limit (Launch 30, Pro 120, Scale 400). If a post fails, we retry a few times and then tell you why; we never post the same item twice on purpose. The platform's rules apply to everything published.
- Campaigns in your own ad account. On a paid plan you can order a campaign that runs in your connected ad account. The ad budget is billed by the platform to your own payment method, not by Tunsource. Before launch you pay Tunsource a fee of 20% on Launch, 15% on Pro or 12% on Scale of the campaign budget (minimum $15 or ₱750), plus the payment processing cost, shown on separate lines before you pay. Nothing launches until that fee is paid.
- Spend cap. The campaign budget and dates you approve are a hard limit for us: our changes can never push the total above the budget you approved, and the campaign is paused when its budget is used up and ended on its end date. Platforms can spend slightly more on some days than on others within that total, and their billing to you is between you and the platform.
- Approve mode or autopilot. You pick the mode per campaign and can switch at any time. In approve mode we propose changes (such as pausing a weak ad, moving budget to a better campaign or replacing a tired creative) and apply only those you approve; proposals you don't answer expire after 72 hours. In autopilot mode we apply these changes ourselves, always within the spend cap. Every change is logged on the campaign page.
- Fee refunds. If you cancel before payment, nothing is charged. If a paid campaign is cancelled or can't launch, the fee is refunded except the payment processing cost. Once the campaign is live, the fee is not refunded.
- Disconnecting. Disconnecting removes our access and cancels scheduled posts on that account. If a campaign is running in that ad account, we pause it first (with your confirmation) so nothing keeps spending without being watched.
- Platform terms. Your use of each platform remains subject to that platform's own terms and ad policies. Platforms can reject posts or ads, limit accounts or change their features, which is outside our control.
Refunds
See our refund policy. In short: a full refund within 14 days of your first purchase if, since buying, you have made fewer than 3 campaigns and fewer than 10 AI images; campaign refunds follow the rules above.
Ending your account
You can delete your account from your account page, in the app, or by email (see how account deletion works). While a paid managed campaign is still running (paid, in review or live), the account can't be deleted yet: ask us to stop and refund it first, or wait until it ends. A card subscription is cancelled automatically when you delete your account, so it never renews again; App Store and Google Play subscriptions must be cancelled in your device's subscription settings. Deleting your account removes your profile, brands, campaigns, photos, scheduled posts, connected accounts and usage history (campaigns, images and audits used); we keep payment records, no longer linked to you, as the law requires for accounting.
Disclaimers and liability
We work hard to keep Tunsource running and accurate, but the service is provided "as is". We don't promise that any ad or post will perform or that the service will never be interrupted. To the extent the law allows, each seller's total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid that seller in the 12 months before the claim (not counting ad budget passed to the platforms), and neither seller is liable for indirect losses such as lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.
Governing law
Purchases from Rundzee, LLC and use of the service are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA. Purchases from Poseidon Distribution OPC are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and we will email you about important changes before they apply. Questions: support@tunsource.com, or write to Rundzee, LLC, 14900 Interurban Ave S Ste 271, Tukwila, WA 98168-4654, USA.
