Terms of Use (app)

These terms cover the Tunsource app for iPhone and Android, an AI ad studio run by Rundzee, LLC, 14900 Interurban Ave S Ste 271, Tukwila, WA 98168-4654, USA. The app is published on the App Store and Google Play by Poseidon Distribution OPC (Davao City, Philippines), a company in the same group, on behalf of Rundzee, LLC, which runs the service. By creating an account you agree to these terms. Apple's and Google's standard terms for apps also apply.

Your account

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. Keep your sign-in details safe; you are responsible for what happens in your account. One person per account.

Using the app

Only submit links, photos and text you have the right to use. Don't use Tunsource for anything illegal, deceptive or harmful, or for anything our AI content policy forbids. Don't try to break, overload or get around the limits of the service. We may limit, suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Your content and your ads

You keep ownership of what you upload. We give you whatever rights we have in the ads, images and texts you make, and you can use them anywhere. In some countries, content made purely by AI may not be protected by copyright. You give us permission to store and process your content only to run the service for you (for example, to send your text and photos to our AI providers to write ad copy, make or edit images, or check a request).

AI output

Ad copy, scripts, images and logos are made by AI and can contain mistakes, claims that aren't true for your product, misspelled words, or changes to your product's details, and can resemble existing work or trademarks by chance. Check everything before you publish it, and check a logo for trademark conflicts before you rely on it. You are responsible for what you publish and for following the rules of each ad platform and the law where you advertise.

Plans and subscriptions

There is no free plan. Each plan includes a set number of campaigns and AI images each calendar month, as shown in the app. Unused campaigns and images don't carry over. When you upgrade, this month's balances are topped up to the new allowance.

In the app, subscriptions are sold through Apple's App Store or Google Play and charged to your Apple Account or Google account when you confirm the purchase. They renew automatically at the same price for each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel them in your device's subscription settings. Deleting the app or your Tunsource account does not cancel a store subscription. Refunds for store purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their rules.

Ending your account

You can delete your account in the app (Account, then Delete account), except while a paid managed-ads campaign is still running: ask us to stop and refund it first, or wait until it ends. This removes your profile, brands, campaigns and photos; we keep payment records as the law requires for accounting. See how account deletion works.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". We don't promise that any ad will perform or that the service will never be interrupted. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
