The Tunsource app is run by Rundzee, LLC, 14900 Interurban Ave S Ste 271, Tukwila, WA 98168-4654, USA. It is published on the App Store and Google Play by Poseidon Distribution OPC (Davao City, Philippines), a company in the same group, on behalf of Rundzee, LLC. This page explains what the app collects and why.
What we collect
- Account: your email address and how you signed in. With Sign in with Apple you can hide your email; we then receive a private relay address.
- Brands and campaigns: the product photos, links and text you enter, the public page we read at a link you give us, and the ads we generate for you.
- AI usage records: for each AI request, the time, the kind of request, the model used, its size and its estimated cost, so we can enforce plan limits and control costs.
- Purchases: the plan, store, status and the store's transaction reference. Payment details stay with Apple or Google; we never see them.
- Reports: what you tell us when you report an AI output.
- Technical: standard server logs. The app has no advertising or analytics trackers and does not track you across other apps or websites.
How we use it
To run your account, generate and save your campaigns, check your subscription, stop abuse, answer support requests and review reported AI output. We do not sell your information, show you ads, or use your content to train AI models.
Camera and photos
The app uses the camera or your photo library only when you choose a product photo, and saves to Photos only when you tap Save image.

These companies may process data in the United States and other countries. They only use it to provide their service to us.
How long we keep it
Your data stays until you delete your account. Deleting it removes your profile, brands, campaigns, photos, studio images and usage history (campaigns, images and audits used). Purchase records are kept, no longer linked to you, for as long as tax and accounting law requires. See how account deletion works.
Your choices and rights
You can edit your brands and campaigns and delete your account in the app at any time. You can also ask for a copy of your data, or to correct or delete it, by emailing support@tunsource.com. You have the rights your local law gives you, including under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 in the Philippines.
Children
Tunsource is a business tool for adults and is not meant for anyone under 18.
